About the role: A Reservations Consultant role with a focus on providing the best customer service and knowledge of North Queensland to best assist customers. Provide tailored travel advice and manage end-to-end bookings for clients. Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and guides. Maintain CRM, process invoices, manage emails, and perform admin tasks. Support social media and newsletter communications. Provide great customer service. What we're looking for: Candidate must have completed Certificate III in Travel and Tourism or a similar travel diploma or degree (desired) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service. Experience with XERO (preferred) Knowledge of North Queensland. A valid Driver's License Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail. What can you expect from us?
