A Key Role in Participant Support
Our team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Participant Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing participant plans and supports, working closely with participants to ensure their needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with participants and resolve any issues that may arise. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing participant plans and supports
* Providing counter/reception support, including participant enquiries and resolving customer enquiries
* Undertaking research and investigation activities, preparing reports and correspondence
* Coordinating appointments and ensuring facilities are accessible
* Data entry activities, ensuring follow-up is completed
Requirements:
* High attention to detail
* Excellent customer service, empathy, and objection handling skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
* Excellent time management and organization
