About the Role Tallogum Raspberries Pty Ltd, a berry farm located at 1290A Bruxner Highway, Lindendale NSW 2480 in the Northern Rivers region, is seeking 2 Harvest Picker and Packer workers to join our team. The farm is located 10 minutes from Lismore and 30 minutes from the Far North Coast beaches. This is a physically demanding outdoor role requiring a highly motivated, adaptable person who is reliable, physically fit, and willing to work early mornings and weekend shifts on a rostered basis during peak harvest. Number of positions available: 2 Main Duties Hand-picking and packing blueberries Sorting fruit to quality standards Packing fruit for dispatch Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following all Work Health and Safety procedures on the farm Required Aptitudes and Attributes Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual tasks for extended periods Highly motivated, reliable, and adaptable Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, from cold winter mornings to hot and humid summer days Willing to work 7 days a week on a rostered basis during peak harvest Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must have own reliable transport to travel to site each day (public transport to Lindendale is not available) Work Rights This role requires full, unrestricted work rights in Australia for the entire seasonal contract period. Hours during peak harvest will regularly exceed the weekly work limits that apply to student visa (subclass 500) holders during study periods. The continuous 6-month season duration also matches the single-employer work limit that applies to Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417 and 462) holders with no buffer, meaning WHV holders without a granted agricultural work extension are generally unsuitable for this role.
