We're a close-knit, down-to-earth team based in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, and we're looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist who shares our calm, caring, and community-focused approach.
About the Role
This isn't just a front desk job. For 28hours a week you'll be the first point of connection for our clients and a steady, reassuring presence in what can sometimes be emotional moments. From welcoming a new puppy to supporting a long-time client through a difficult goodbye, you'll play an important role in every part of the journey.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and authenticity
* Managing appointments with care and attention to detail
* Answering phones and emails in a friendly, helpful manner
* Supporting our vets and nurses with day-to-day coordination and tasks
* Handling payments and maintaining accurate client records
* Helping create a calm, clean, and welcoming clinic environment
About You
* Previous veterinary receptionist experience is essential
* You're naturally kind, empathetic, and a great communicator
* You stay calm under pressure and can juggle a busy day with ease
* You're organised, reliable, and take pride in your work
* You enjoy being part of a supportive team (and pitching in where needed)
* A genuine love of animals and their wellbeing
