Your new role

* Contribute to improving internal research systems, processes, and resources.
* Contribute to policy discussions, team strategy, and organisational development.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving capability.
* Ability to produce clear, well‑structured reports and summaries.
* Demonstrated research skills, including interpreting legislation and policy materials.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Qualifications in social science, business, law, public policy, or other research‑related fields.
