We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Club Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong operational knowledge across gaming, bar, and front-of-house who can confidently lead shifts in a fast-paced club environment.
As a Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue, including gaming, bar, bistro, functions, and reception. You will lead staff on shift, manage customer service issues, and ensure all compliance and operational standards are met.
This role requires availability across afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across bar, gaming, bistro, functions, and reception
* Supervise and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
* Conduct venue checks to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
* Manage gaming floor operations in line with RCG, AML/CTF, and club procedures
* Monitor TAB and Keno operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance
* Handle member and guest enquiries, including complaint resolution
* Complete end-of-day financial reconciliations, cash handling, and reporting
* Support functions and events, including setup, service, and pack-down
* Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and internal procedures at all times
About You
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a club or hotel supervisor/duty manager role
* Strong experience across gaming, TAB, Keno, and front-of-house operations
* Confident in managing gaming compliance and regulatory requirements
* Experience with Ebet or similar systems highly regarded
* Current RSA, RCG, ARCG, and First Aid
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead a team during busy periods
* Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
