Link-Force Au' are looking for a Site Supervisor with strong Concrete Structure experience on a casual basis with full time hours. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of construction workers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. The role is based in Perth, WA 6000.
What you'll be doing
* Supervise and direct a team of construction workers to complete assigned tasks and projects
* Monitor work progress and quality to ensure it meets required specifications
* Coordinate the allocation of resources, materials and equipment to maximise productivity
* Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that could impact project timelines
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Provide guidance, training and support to team members as needed
* Report on project status and performance to senior management
Rate $80-$85 per hour plus Super
Minimum 10 to 12 hour days
What we're looking for
* Significant experience as a construction supervisor or foreperson, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects
* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment
* Thorough knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
* Experience with Concrete Structures essential
