About This Role
An exciting part‑time Retail Team Member position is now available at our Ballarat store. Retail Team Members are at the forefront of making life fantastic for our customers by providing an exceptional experience at every touch point. In this varied role, you will have an opportunity to learn all store operations—including exposure to our back‑of‑house operation—work collaboratively with passionate team members, and explore many opportunities to advance your career.
About You
* Passionate about delighting customers and fostering a positive shopping experience.
* Willing to grow your career and be relied on to support the team, sometimes on short notice.
* Some experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality is helpful, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills; full training will be provided.
