What You’ll Be Doing We are seeking a passionate and driven Territory Manager to join our team, covering a diverse and thriving region across Melbourne. You’ll be stepping into an established territory with a broad mix of accounts—from local operators to large-scale customers—and working closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive growth and deliver value. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-potential market. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the territory by building long-lasting relationships, providing exceptional account management, and delivering strategic solutions to our trade customers. You will be managing multiple stakeholders, strengthening long‑term customer relationships, and representing Dulux with professionalism, supported by solid sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and confidence using Microsoft tools and CRM systems—plus bonus value if you bring project or construction know‑how.
