We are looking for an experienced HR Profession to join one of our facility management clients. They provide integrated facilities management services to remote workforce communities in the mining, construction, and resource sectors
**General Role Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain a strategic plan for the development of a workforce engagement plan that supports the organisational mission, brand aspirations and modern workforce needs.
- Oversee the delivery of HR operational support and projects across all facets of HR including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, performance reviews, remuneration and benefits, (ELMO roll-out and implementation), payroll, retention and succession planning
- Business partnering with Operations teams to ensure compliance to all HR policies and procedures.
- Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Engage participate with external industry organisations, for example AREEA
- Drive employee recognition and performance.
- ER/IR support to the infield operational leadership teams including interpretation of and advice on various industrial instruments.
- Market analysis of trends in remuneration and benefits; researches and proposes competitive remuneration strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Develop and foster key stakeholder relationships with clients, labour hire providers and offshore agents.
- General direction and oversight of the Human Resource Function
**About you**:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a senior HR/P&C role with strong experience in ER/IR in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation framework
- Proficient in MS Office
- Writing Principles
- Mathematical/Analytical principles
