Responsibilities
Lead and support the food and beverage team to deliver high standards of service
Guide operations to build a growing reputation and ensure excellence in service
Communicate effectively with team and guests; demonstrate a robust, professional presence
Qualifications and skills
Strong food and beverage knowledge, including Asian cuisine, steak, beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, and coffee
Passion for exceptional service standards with attention to detail
Experience in nurturing and developing junior staff, creating performance plans, and coaching/mentoring
Strong, positive, constructive communication skills
Good knowledge of hotel operations and events functions
Impeccable presentation and hygiene practices
Current RSA
First Aid certificate
