About the Role
We are seeking a Warm and Memorable Welcome Expert to join our team at Rydges Newcastle. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a lasting impression from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide warm and professional guest service, assisting with luggage and porter duties, and ensuring guests have everything they need for a seamless stay.
* To be knowledgeable about local area insights and hotel services, providing recommendations and guidance to enhance the guest experience.
* To work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional results and meet high standards.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role at a hotel is essential, with a passion for people and creating amazing guest experiences.
* Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Organisation and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to different situations.
* Solid Reading and Writing Abilities: Solid reading and writing abilities for handling guest requests, logging issues, and completing documentation accurately.
