About the Role
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Producing accurate and thorough estimates and reviewing tender documentation.
Preparing trade packages and assessing subcontractor pricing.
Contributing to project reviews, supporting value-management throughout design phases, and presenting to internal stakeholders and clients.
The builder's approach to tendering is highly collaborative, with shared knowledge, open communication, and collective problem-solving forming part of everyday practice.
You will be supported by an experienced leadership group and a strong internal delivery team.
About You
We are looking for a Senior Cost Planner/Estimator who has:
