Customer Service Specialist Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment. They will provide timely and accurate support to clients, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Process invoices for freight, warehouse goods, and stock availability.
* Manage freight bookings for customers.
* Handle consignment stock reconciliations.
* Manage monthly and quarterly rebate reconciliations.
* Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks related to events.
* Distribute reports to the sales team.
* Handle inbound calls, including orders, invoice questions, and general inquiries.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is highly desirable.
