* Lawn mowing, edging, and pruning equipment operation.
* General garden clean-ups and weed control.
* Hedging, planting, and mulching tasks.
* Use and care of gardening tools and equipment.
* Assisting with other grounds and property maintenance as required.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Lawn care and garden maintenance services for residential and commercial clients.
* Operate a range of gardening equipment including lawn mowers, edgers, and pruners.
* Assist with general garden clean-ups and weed control.
* Perform hedging, planting, and mulching tasks as required.
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in garden maintenance or a related field.
* Excellent physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Ability to operate a range of gardening equipment safely and efficiently.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification desirable.
