As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members and guests have an exceptional experience at our venue.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, addressing any queries or concerns our patrons may have.

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt and courteous assistance;
* Perform general cleaning duties as required to maintain a clean and welcoming environment;
* Assist with bar service and maintain poker machines;
* Work as a Keno Operator and Cashier, handling cash transactions and resolving Gaming Floor enquiries;
To excel in this role, you will require:

* A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service;
* Relevant RSA and RCG qualifications;
* Availability to work varied shifts, including night shifts finishing at 6am;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* A high standard of personal grooming and attention to detail;
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle cash accurately;
* The ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be advantageous;
* Previous gaming experience would be highly regarded.
