Technical Operations Specialist
The role of Technical Operations Specialist involves overseeing the management and upkeep of attractions, ensuring all zones run smoothly for each daily operation.
This includes handling various audio-visual systems, assisting with installations, maintenance, and upgrades. The specialist will also support conferences, gala dinners, and special functions, showcasing skills in programming, tuning PA systems, and utilizing control systems and automation to create an immersive experience for guests.
* Expertise with lighting and DMX programming, show cue programming
* Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot various AV systems
* Equipment maintenance and repairs, soldering skills highly regarded
* Ability and interest in troubleshooting and resolution of multi-system problems
* Willingness to work flexible hours to support attraction needs
