Business Developer & Project Manager – Water Supply (100%)

For our Melbourne and Sydney offices we are looking for a Business Developer (BD) & Project Manager (PM) in the Water Supply sector.
The candidate will develop and implement the water supply strategy nationally in collaboration with senior management, identify market trends, acquire new clients, manage bidding and project execution, and lead initiatives to recruit team members.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's footprint in the water supply sector.
Identify and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape.
Acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
Offer contracting and negotiation support with clients.
Lead and manage projects from planning to commissioning.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with regulations, laws and environmental standards.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation for projects.
Requirements
Master's degree in hydraulic engineering or related field.
3-5 years of business development experience.
10 years of technical experience and project management in water supply or infrastructure, with at least 5 years in technical delivery.
Knowledge of water supply systems, technical standards and local regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
