Are you a creative all-rounder with a passion for digital content, partnerships, and brand storytelling in the sporting world? We’re looking for a Partnerships & Digital Content Coordinator to join a high-performing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating engaging content in the sports world, and enjoys building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. What you’ll do: Manage the day-to-day execution of digital content across multiple channels including websites, EDMs, media releases, competitions, and fan engagement. Capture and edit video content, as well as create digital and graphic assets using Adobe Creative Suite. Support pre- and post-event communications including EDMs, partner updates, and wrap-up reports. Work closely with partners to deliver contracted digital content while looking for opportunities to go above and beyond. Assist with the execution of PR, media, and partner events, plus on- and offsite photo/video shoots. Contribute to creative campaign ideation and brand-related content. Assist with member program management, including packs, communications, and event planning. Ensure accurate reporting, archiving, and content organisation. What we’re looking for: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in digital communications, content creation, or graphic design. Strong skills in video editing (Adobe Premiere) and graphic design (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator). Experience with website maintenance, content uploading, and EDM platforms. Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills. A proactive, energetic, and creative approach with a sharp eye for detail. Willingness to travel interstate and occasionally internationally, including weekends. The ability to work to deadlines, balance priorities, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
