With full ownership of the ISO-accredited QMS, you'll shape audit readiness, national compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
Your role will also champion capability uplift through blended training delivery, partnering closely with commercial, operational, and people leaders to embed best practice and continuous improvement across all locations.
DutiesOwn and maintain ISO 9001 QMSLead internal audits, NCOR, and CAPA reportingPrepare and manage external audit readiness across all sitesDesign and deliver national training programsDevelop SOPs and supporting training contentProvide insights on compliance risks to the executive teamDevelop SOPs and training materialsPartner with operational leads to drive quality and process improvementSkills and ExperienceCertified ISO Lead Auditor with proven QMS ownershipExperienced in LMS platforms and national training designStrong background in audit audit management and risk reportingClear, confident communicator who can influence across levelsCultureAgile, collaborative and outcome-focused.
