Overview
We're seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Lead with either a Functional or Development background. You will be managing a team of professionals (developers and consultants) across Australia, as well as partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and advising them on how to leverage their solution to achieve these goals. You'll gain a deep understanding of each client's organisation to ensure successful delivery, offer support in resolving issues and suggest enhancements to improve their existing systems. This role's focus is to engage with clients, to deeply understand their goals, challenges and opportunities and take initiative in driving progress, conducting regular meetings and providing actionable insights.

Providing day to day proactive advisory services to our clients
Working in a strategic partnership with our Service Delivery Managers
Maximizing business value for clients by anticipating client needs, recommending best practices and suggesting future enhancements

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Australian D365BC Operations team and provide proactive advisory services to clients.
- Engage with clients to understand goals, challenges and opportunities and drive progress through regular meetings and actionable insights.
- Partner with Service Delivery Managers in a strategic collaboration to maximize client value.
- Recommend best practices and suggest future enhancements to improve business value.
- Leverage hands-on Functional/Technical Dynamics 365 BC experience to support delivery and issue resolution.
- Provide overflow issue resolution as needed.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a Functional or Technical Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant.
- Experience leading a team of professionals (developers and consultants) across Australia.
- Ability to engage with clients, understand business objectives, and advise on solution leverage to achieve goals.
- Strong focus on delivering successful client outcomes and driving progress.
