Role Overview
We are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our Partner Tax Return team, responsible for managing end‐to‐end administration for firm partners and their entities. The role includes ensuring timely lodgement of tax returns, coordinating key milestones, maintaining accurate databases, liaising with stakeholders, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
* Administer the Tax Agent Portal, including managing correspondence through ATOmate, updating client details, and handling general ATO queries
* Collate electronic documents / packs for delivery and signing
* Manage the client onboarding and offboarding process
* Oversee secure client area / client portal management
* Liaise with legal firms to incorporate companies and establish trusts
* Assist with ASIC corporate secretarial / compliance support
* Prepare fees and client invoicing
* Provide general administrative support, team communication, and platform management
* Regularly liaise with the ATO / ASIC
* Monitor the team email inbox
* Manage tax return lodgements and tracking reports
* Manage the master client database, documents and records
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in an accounting / professional services environment
* Strong digital skills, including solid proficiency in MS Office, APS and Workday applications
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
* Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
* Open to change and adaptable to learn new technology and processes
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
