Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director, Service Design. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in service improvement, customer experience, and process improvement.
The role involves providing strategic advice on the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts, and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements. This includes initiating, establishing, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance to support service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in government, with the ability to resolve issues and risks across a broad range of activities of substantial depth and significant detail. They will also be able to provide effective leadership to a small team of staff delivering Agency Guidelines, letters, and knowledge articles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong experience in service improvement, customer experience, and process improvement
* Previous experience in government
* Ability to resolve issues and risks across a broad range of activities of substantial depth and significant detail
* Initiating, establishing, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) to develop collaborative guidance to support service delivery
* Developing and managing a high performing team
* Fostering a collaborative culture
* Understanding of the NDIS and the NDIS Act 2013
