Seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive field sales and growth while supporting travel trade account management in Victoria.
As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored sales plans for key trade accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering training and product updates via in-person and virtual sessions.
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to maximise conversions and nurture existing client relationships
* Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
* Deliver expert training and product updates to ensure advisors have the knowledge needed to succeed
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to new advisors to ensure successful onboarding
* Promote brand awareness through marketing initiatives and manage trade collateral distribution
* Monitor and analyse sales performance to inform strategic decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success
Confident time management and scheduling skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft suites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident public speaking abilities
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply findings to business development strategies
Self-motivated and focused on achieving targets
Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
