Bolt + Buckle is a growing men's lifestyle brand. We are known for creating a relaxed and laid-back shopping experience, and for quality fashion, gifts and leather products for the guys. Our mission is to support men in "crafting their story" - their look, their style, and simply to create a great shopping experience. Our Murwillumbah store is close to our hearts as we love the Community. We also have a store in a lovely heritage Arcade in Brisbane City.
"Indepal" (our leather goods brand) started at markets 14 years ago, and over the years we have evolved into a men's fashion and gifting store holding diverse brands such as John Lennon shirts, Industrie, Levi, Boston suiting, Mr Simple, NN07, Ferricini shoes, Brixton, Will &Bear, and many more. Our aim is to have something for everyone and also to use both local and international brands.
Your new role
We are looking for a experienced and inspirational store supervisor to support in managing this dynamic space, our awesome team and to uphold our culture.
* You'll enjoy creating experiences for our amazing customers from travellers to a long standing customer base
* Lead a team who are highly passionate about the store and their customers
* Be an integral part of the management team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and inspire the Murwillumbah team, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Achieving team KPI's
* Be part of the management team and involved in product selection, planning campaigns.
* Assist in maintaining high merchandising standards, effective systems and processes.
* Collaborate with the operations team to manage optimum stock levels.
What you'll need to succeed
* Enjoy a dynamic role in supporting all components of a retail store
* 3+ years of retail experience including merchandising
* A positive attitude with determination to succeed
* A passion for and ability to drive 5-star customer experiences
* An attention to detail, an organised approach
* Stock management experience
Non-essential skills that would be viewed favourably:
* Ability to use microsoft Excel, Word, Google documents
* Use of Retail Express or similar POS

Other useful information
We encourage applications from applicants looking for 3 to 5 days per week, which will involve some weekend work.
