OUTLET MANAGER – Marina Tavern, Hamilton IslandWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Marina Tavern, with management responsibility extending to the Rainforest Bar and The Palms venues.In partnership with the Food & Beverage Executive Manager, you’ll take ownership of the guest experience, team performance, and outlet profitability—all while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have strong leadership experience, and love delivering great customer moments, this is your chance to manage one of Hamilton Island’s most iconic tavern and bar venues.Your Day-to-Day Will Include:Overseeing the daily operations of The Palms, Rainforest Bar, and Marina Tavern outlets.Leading, training, and motivating a high-performing front-of-house team.Driving excellence in service standards and ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations.Managing stock, rosters, staffing levels, and cost controls in line with budgets.Coordinating staff recruitment and onboarding in partnership with the recruitment team.Maintaining compliance with RSA, RSG, and venue licensing obligations.Taking responsibility for financial reconciliation, float handling, and transaction accuracy.Preparing and reviewing rosters to match service demand while maintaining wage efficiency.Supporting team development through regular coaching and performance reviews.Participating in leadership meetings and contributing to the success of the broader F&B department.What We’re Looking For:Proven leadership experience in a bar, tavern, or food and beverage outlet.Strong financial acumen and understanding of venue P&L and cost management.A confident leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing role.Solid computer skills – especially with Microsoft Office and POS systems.Required Qualifications:Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) – EssentialResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – EssentialResponsible Service of Gaming (RSG) – EssentialOpen and current Driver’s LicenceWhy work with usHamilton Island is Australia’s tropical island in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef - easily accessed via direct flights or ferry transfers.
