The Opportunity
With a strong network/connections within the agricultural industry, reporting to the Principle you will be responsible for ensuring Alumni and external relationships are maintained through active communication and positive development. You will present as the primary face of the college at a number of industry, community, and educational functions, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders expanding the colleges network by identifying new opportunities.

About You
We would be keen to speak to you if you possess the following experience:

* A degree in in Event Management, Fundraising, Agribusiness, Marketing or Public Relations (or related field)
* Relevant industry experience (a strong network, connection or interest in the Australian Agriculture Industry is specifically welcomed).
* Evidence of positive relationship building with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to maintain professional networks to enhance community engagement with the College
* Excellent communication and organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work successfully independently and in a functional and cross-functional team environment.
* Demonstrated experience in project management, scheduling and managing events.
* Business acumen and exposure to budget forecasting and Management
* Experience leading a function and direct reports successfully.
* Software application proficiency in database management, desktop publishing (desirable) and all office-based applications as required.
