Operate Graders and Heavy Equipment
We are seeking a motivated individual to operate graders and heavy equipment in a civil environment.
* Demonstrated 3 years experience operating graders and other heavy equipment.
* White Construction Card.
* Confident working with minimal supervision.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team or independently.
* Be available to work or stay away from home from time to time.
* Strong focus on health and safety.
* Ability to lead your work area and communicate with the team.
* Ability to read and interpret plans.
* Be willing to operate other plant and labour as required.
* Minimum HR licence.
Additional Requirements
* Proven experience operating overlays, pavement repairs, bulk earthworks, widening and general grading.
* Final trim is advantageous but we are willing to train the right candidate.
* Machine control experience.
* Main roads experience and knowledge of specifications.
* Supervision or leading hand experience.
