Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will see you as the first point of contact for clients and supporting agents with banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage leads pipeline and database prospecting
* Provide administrative support to sales teams
* Assist with sales listings, ensuring a smooth sales campaign
* Respond to phone and email enquiries, schedule home appraisals and open homes
* Prepare and develop advertising material, contracts and information memorandums
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
* Creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry
* Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
