Job Opportunity: HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a varied background and experience in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design tools and implement processes to identify, analyze and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes and workflows aligned with the overall business requirements and operational plans.
* Coordinate and undertake research and analysis of best practice on processes and activities to ensure efficient delivery of internal and external services under the PaTH Program, measuring and reporting business outcomes as required and promptly identifying systemic and emerging risks.
* Review the business unit's strategies to enable DCJ to deliver services cost-effectively and position DCJ to meet current and future requirements.
* Provide proactive advice and reports to the Director and/or the Executive Director, ensuring proposed solutions consider business requirements, identify change impacts, and consider the sustainability of recommended solutions.
* Research and prepare advice in the form of briefs, policy, and discussion papers in response to PaTH governance forum and PaTH leadership requests.
