True Balance Physio is a growing private practice in Katoomba with a strong local reputation, established referral networks, and a genuinely supportive team culture. We’re looking for a physiotherapist who wants flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to develop their own clinical interests within a collaborative environment.
We are also open to a 2–3 month locum (July–September) for someone looking for a tree-change or short-term Blue Mountains lifestyle opportunity only 90 minutes from Sydney.

Our Team
You’ll work alongside physiotherapists, an exercise physiologist, remedial massage therapists and Pilates instructors in a genuinely collaborative setting.
Our clinicians currently have interests across:
* Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
* Women’s health and pelvic floor
* Vestibular physiotherapy
* Pilates-based rehabilitation
Mentoring is available for physiotherapists interested in developing skills in women’s and pelvic health, though experience in this area is not essential.

Essential Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Professional indemnity insurance
* NSW Working With Children Check
* National Police Check
* Full unrestricted Australian working rights
