Overview
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and a good understanding of liquor products. This role will involve overseeing staff, ensuring smooth store operations and having a strong understanding and ability to adhere to the NT liquor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the store
* Lead, motivate and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving products
* Maintain merchandising standards and store displays
* Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor laws and store policies
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail, ideally within a liquor store environment
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
* RSA certificate is required
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
