About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Senior Credit Analyst on behalf of a well established and growing finance and broking business. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing complex credit assessments and supporting brokers with high value and non standard lending scenarios.
You will play a hands on role in assessing loan applications, interpreting lender policy, and providing clear, strategic recommendations to ensure strong lending outcomes. Working closely with brokers, lenders, and clients, you will act as a trusted credit expert, helping to streamline approvals and maintain high compliance standards.
This role suits an experienced Credit Analyst who enjoys autonomy, problem solving, and contributing at a senior level within a fast paced, collaborative environment.

About You
You are an experienced, results driven Senior Credit Analyst who takes pride in delivering high quality credit outcomes. You enjoy working closely with brokers, mentoring others where required, and navigating complex lending policies with confidence.
This role is ideal if you are seeking greater responsibility, exposure to more complex deals, or a senior position within a growing broking business.
You must hold a Certificate IV in Finance or equivalent qualification.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Five or more years experience as a Credit Analyst within banking or the broking industry
Strong experience managing complex and non standard credit scenarios
Advanced knowledge of lender policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
The ability to provide strategic credit advice and solutions to brokers

Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
