About the Role
As a Digital Adjuster, you'll be part of a collaborative team using innovative technology to assess and manage property claims. You'll be trained to:
* Perform digital adjusting using field and digital tools
* Investigate the cause and extent of loss and determine policy coverage
* Communicate proactively with clients and customers about findings and solutions
* Calculate repair or replacement costs and review scopes of work
* Deliver an exceptional claims experience through teamwork and customer focus
About You
We're looking for someone who's ready to learn and grow:
* Experience in a corporate support role (insurance experience a plus)
* Passionate about customer service and helping others
* Quick learner with an interest in technology
* Committed to completing a professional industry qualification (e.g. ANZIIF)
* A team player who can also work independently
