Veterinary Nurse – Byron Bay (Part-Time)
MyVet Byron Bay is the only small animal veterinary clinic in our beautiful coastal town, surrounded by beaches, hinterland and a vibrant café culture. We're a small, friendly team passionate about providing professional, compassionate care to our local pet community.
Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join us in a permanent part-time role.
The Role
Part-time: 15 hours per week (2 days). Additional hours may be available
1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30am–12:30pm)
Surgical and hospital nursing, including anaesthetic monitoring
Supporting vets with consults, diagnostics and procedures
Medication administration, imaging and dental assistance
High standards of patient care and infection control
About You
Cert IV Veterinary Nursing with 2+ years' experience post-cert
A warm natural style who enjoys caring for animals
Good sense of urgency, attention to detail and communication skills
