Blue Manna Bistro, opened in 2017, is one of Western Australia’s leading seafood restaurants with an award-winning kitchen showcasing local produce, simple high-quality food, and bold Asian-inspired flavours. In 2025, we received Western Australian's Restaurant of the Year and Seafood Restaurant of the Year. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our team and help lead the next chapter of our journey.
We are an award-winning restaurant that values creativity, consistency, and teamwork, and we offer a supportive environment with opportunities to work closely with local fishermen and produce suppliers in WA.

Qualifications / What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous ready to step up
- Passion for innovative and delicious food, with flair for Asian flavours
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and develop the kitchen team
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the Head Chef
- Superb attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
- Calm, composed and professional attitude in a fast-paced workplace
- Pride in presentation, high standards, and a positive, can-do approach
