Store Manager – Seafood Retail (Full-Time)

We are an established and fast-growing seafood retail group in Melbourne, currently operating multiple locations across Melbourne and the Peninsula.
Due to business expansion and internal changes, we are now looking for a reliable and hands-on Store Manager to take full responsibility for one of our locations.
About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, team management, and store performance.
This is a key leadership role – we are looking for someone who can run the store like their own business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day store operations
* Manage and lead a team of 5–15 staff
* Maintain high standards in customer service and product quality
* Handle stock ordering, display, and waste control
* Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
* Monitor sales performance and improve store profitability
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in retail / hospitality management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
* Hands-on attitude – not afraid to get involved on the floor
* Experience in seafood or fresh food industry is a strong advantage
