Katie's Kindergarten and Early Learning Centre is a family-owned and operated service located in Tahmoor. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team across our Long Day Care and Preschool programs. Our service operates Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 6:00pm, supporting children aged 0–12 years.

Key responsibilities:
* Work in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
* Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs in line with the EYLF and MTOP
* Take an active role in leading learning experiences and contributing to team practice
* Embed meaningful learning opportunities into daily routines and experiences
* Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging environment that supports children's development, wellbeing and agency
* Contribute to the development, review and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
* Work in accordance with the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics
* Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
* Uphold your duty of care responsibilities at all times
We are looking for educators who:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Hold a current Working with Children Check
* Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (not essential)
* Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
* Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and a strong commitment to high-quality practice
* Are confident in programming, documentation and reflective practice
* Are passionate about early learning and being part of a collaborative team
