The key project deliverables include:Visitor and Staff Care Spaces: Purpose-built spaces to perform first aid and support services.Space Optimisation: Lead strategic planning and execution of space utilisation programs to enhance operational efficiency.Accessibility Upgrades: Manage construction projects focused on improving accessibility, including accessible toilets and drop-off zones.About YouThe AM seeks a candidate with strong project management experience, including planning, delivery, and contract management within cultural or heritage buildings. You should have sound knowledge of building fabric, structure, and engineering services, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in sensitive environments, balancing operational needs with conservation priorities.
