**The Role**:
Working in a professional yet fun working environment, there currently is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Body Corporate Manager to join their successful Management team. Learn from the best
You will be responsible for assisting a Senior on a mixed portfolio which include a number of large, high end buildings. Clear progression to becoming a body corporate manager.
**Duties will include but not be limited to**:
- Assist with liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Convene and conduct meetings
**In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following**:
- A minimum of 6 months Body Corporate Management experience
- Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
- The ability to multi task and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
