Design and Delivery Expertise
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with 8+ years of experience working on complex projects. You will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with project managers and technical leads to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating activities across various departments, including procurement, construction, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Project Technical Team to develop and deliver designs on time and within budget
2. Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure efficient delivery and quality of design outputs
3. Coordinate multi-disciplinary activities and inputs from engineering and technical teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
* Leadership abilities, including managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
* Knowledge of water and wastewater assets and the delivery environment
* Highly developed problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve disputes that arise
* Strong understanding of Design and Construct or alternative delivery projects
