* Salary (plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits): AHP1 $36.40 - $44.44 per hour + 25% loading; AHP2 $46.91 - $54.35 per hour + 25% loading

As part of our casual pool, you will provide essential psychosocial support across various departments. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to address the complex social and emotional needs of patients and families during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
* Develop and implement intervention plans
* Provide crisis support and counselling services
* Collaborate with healthcare teams and community services
* Facilitate discharge planning and community connections
About You
To be eligible, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification that gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
Strong communication and assessment skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and integration of models of social work practice into action are required. You should be prepared to work in a fast‐paced environment across two NALHN public hospitals where workspace and resources are shared. Weekend and public holiday work will be required.
