TS Staffing Group (TSS) – Our People Get People
TSS are a privately-owned recruitment and labour-hire consultancy, supplying professional, technical, and blue-collar personnel to the mining and energy sectors across Western Australia.
Being privately owned means we’re agile, practical and not slowed down by red tape. If it feels right for our clients, candidates or the business, we move on it.
Over the past 12 months, we’ve diversified our client base, grew our footprint and delivered solid, sustainable results. Off the back of this period, we’ve strengthened our back office with additional mobilisation and admin support, allowing our recruiters to focus on what makes money - building relationships, bringing in work and delivery.
We operate with a small but solid base of repeat clients, and that’s intentional. We don’t want everyone, just the right ones. Clients we can genuinely partner with, where good service, consistent delivery and strong relationships matter.
Who we are after - Senior Consultant - Trades and Labour
Someone who wants to grow with the business, make a name for themselves, and help shape the next stage of TSS. Someone who takes pride in their work, is authentic, genuine and relationship-focused. Someone who sees recruitment as a craft, not just a numbers game.
We have established clear growth objectives for the coming 12 months, and this position plays a material role in achieving those goals.
As Senior Consultant, you will take ownership for the expansion of the department, with a specific focus on developing our FIFO trades business across WA (electricians, boilermakers, mechanical trades, mobile plant operators, warehouse, process technicians etc).
You’ll bring energy, humour and a robust work ethic to the role. You’ll take pride in doing things properly, operating with integrity, and continually improving through learning and feedback.
Responsibilities
Developing new business across the mining and energy sectors
Strengthening relationships and generating ongoing work orders with our repeat-client base
Managing full recruitment delivery: thoroughly understanding requirements, attracting and assessing candidates, presenting to clients, arranging interviews and undertaking due diligence.
Visiting sites and workshops to understand scopes, build trust and represent TSS
What You’ll Bring

- Confidence with business development: calls, meetings, site visits
- A service-driven approach with fast turnaround and consistent delivery
