A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated, passionate, and results driven **Account Manager** to join our high performing sales team.
With a territory spanning across **Singleton and Muswellbrook **to service new and existing accounts, this role will see you aiming for maximum sales growth and customer satisfaction, with a focus on mega-mining accounts in the region. Achieve both sales and trading margin growth, while developing strategies to improve customer service levels.

**Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
- Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning
- Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets through product basket optimisation
- Develop and manage an effective territory call plan for existing and identified customers
- Work collaboratively and strategically with Customer Care and Supply Chain colleagues
- Plan and develop strategies based on anticipated customer needs
**To be successful, you will have**:
- Exceptional account management and/or business development skills, and the ability to maximise sales opportunities
- Sound knowledge of the Singleton region and mega mining market
- Exceptional relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive attitude and the ability to positively contribute to the team culture
- The ability to work autonomously whilst collaboratively across different teams
- Proven commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability
- Ability to Identify new marketing opportunities and develop strategies to convert these into actions
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
