Would you like to complete a traineeship and learn about the employment services industry and gain a Certificate III in Community Services? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for an Indigenous trainee who will be supported by the Business Manager, workplace champions and a dedicated Trainer throughout your traineeship. Your traineeship will comprise progression through all functions of the Job Coach role such as Customer Service, Case Management, Employer Engagement, Post Placement Support and claims and other business‐as‐usual activities as part of your learning and development.
Qualifications
* Developing oral and written communication skills
* Accuracy and punctuality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
* Self‐awareness / self‐management
* Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Office programs
* Curious to learn and master new topics
* Has a genuine interest in and ability to complete a Certificate III in Community Services (BSB*****) and willingness to commit to a 12‐month traineeship
* Able to obtain a current Blue Card & Police Check and myID
* Current Driver's Licence
