Job Opportunity: Casual Labourer/Store Person
Allied Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Allied Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is currently seeking a dynamic individuals to join our team as Casual Labourers/Store Persons. Immediate starts are available
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform labouring duties including Sheet Metal Installation, Air Conditioning & Commercial Refrigeration Installations, and general warehousing & deliveries as directed
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work environments, including the workshop, vehicles, and worksites
* Undertake structured training as required
* Assist with tasks as per supervisor's instructions
* Always adhere to OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) guidelines
* Prepare "Pick Lists" for daily operations
* Manage stock control and update job cards with accurate, up-to-date information
* Collate and prepare store items required for upcoming jobs
* Deliver and pick up goods from suppliers when necessary
* Deliver job lots to sites in and outside Coffs Harbour as required
* Operate a forklift (licence required)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Discretion and confidentiality at all times
* Basic hand skills in construction work and familiarity with the use of power tools
* Ability to perform tasks under direct supervision and follow instructions
* Willingness to travel for work when needed
* Strong time management skills and a commitment to completing tasks on time
* Punctual, reliable, and proactive in all tasks
