We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join the team of a leading superannuation fund.

In this role, you will focus on the accurate recording, assessment, and management of risk-related incidents across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with Fund policies and SIS compliance requirements.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option is available).
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete Enterprise and Material Risk fields for incident records in accordance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
* Conduct impact analysis and support timely resolution and management of risk incidents.
* Engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate incident information.
* Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to improve incident detail and data quality.
* Ensure third-party providers deliver agreed and actionable incident information.
* Work collaboratively with business units and the Group Risk Incident Manager to manage potential and actual reportable risk matters.
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience in incident and remediation analysis, preferably in the superannuation and/or insurance claims domain.
* Deep understanding of superannuation industry processes, especially insurance within super funds.
* Solid working knowledge of SIS Act and SIS Regulations relevant to member remediation and incident handling.
* Experience managing third-party providers and holding them accountable for service performance.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
