Job Title: Physiotherapist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate and goal-driven new Graduate or early career Physiotherapist who is eager to advance their profession and grow with our team.
As a full-time Physiotherapist, you will work primarily in our clinics, with the flexibility to offer telehealth or home visits if required. You will have a flexible schedule to suit your needs, working hours between 6am and 4pm.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and tailored education to meet each patient's unique needs.
* Treat a wide array of musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships.
* Work collaboratively to achieve patient goals using evidence-based practices and treatment protocols.
* Manage patient expectations, communicate effectively, build trust, loyalty and maintain positive engagement with patients.
* Ensure positive outcomes with treatments, maintain up-to-date and accurate records, and promote our services within the local community and onsite gym.
About You
* New graduate or early career Physio looking to work with a growing, multi-disciplinary team and develop their career.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Medicare Provider Number (assistance provided for new clinic locations).
* Commitment to abide by AHPRA and Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) code of conduct and policies.
* Current Professional Indemnity Insurance (up to $10 million or more).
* Current CPR and First Aid certificate (as required by APA).
* Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (at least one unit/rotation at university).
* Current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) participation.
* Valid Drivers' license and willing to travel between clinics.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
