What you need to have:
Cert 3 in Individual Support (or equivalent) (if applicable)
Bachelor of Nursing (if applicable)
AHPRA registration (if applicable)
Aged Care Experience
Rights to Work in Australia
Ability to provide evidence of all mandatory background checks
Ability to provide evidence of all mandatory aged care vaccinations
