A Day in the Life
As the Brand Manager for Maybelline New York, you will help to steer the future of the world's #1 makeup brand in the Australian & New Zealand markets.
Reporting to the Brand Business Lead, you will drive growth, innovation, and consumer love, bringing the vibrant, street‐style energy of Maybelline to life.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute the local strategy for a makeup product segment, ensuring it aligns with global vision while resonating with the Australian consumer. Identify new growth opportunities and pilot the launch of exciting new products.
* Cross‐functional collaboration: Coordinate projects bringing different functions together to support the brand growth objectives.
* Marketing & Activation Excellence: Develop integrated, consumer‐centric marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
* Portfolio management: Determine the optimal portfolio strategy for your makeup segment, including pricing, distribution, and in‐store merchandising, including leading makeup planogram development.
* Commercial Acumen: Monitor brand performance, working closely with sales, business development, and supply chain teams to ensure commercial success and market share growth.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a strategic and innovative marketer, with a proven track record in brand management and a passion for makeup. You will have strong attention to detail and demonstrated operational excellence in managing a complex portfolio of products.
Your ability to translate consumer insights into effective marketing strategies that resonate with the Australian & New Zealand consumer will be key to your success.
To Succeed, You Should Have
* Campaign & Content Management: The ability to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and engaging content.
* Brand, Social Media, Advocacy & Influence: A strong understanding of how to build and amplify a brand's presence on social media.
* Retail / Trade Activation: Skill in helping to manage the activation of marketing plans in both online and offline retail environments.
* Project Management: The ability to organize and run projects efficiently to achieve positive outcomes.
* Analytical Skills: The capability to analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and support data‐driven decisions.
